Welcome to Tokyo Migrants’ Desk, a project of the Jesuit Social Center.

The staff of the Desk follows up the people attending the free legal consultations and, when there is a need, accompanies them to immigration or visits detention centers where foreign workers are waiting for deportation. It stresses networking with other organizations involved in attending foreign workers in Japan.
It is an active member of the Jesuit network in East Asia and the Pacific for foreign migrant workers.

It also cooperates with the educational project of Adachi International Academy (AIA), in Adachi ward (Tokyo) for foreign workers and their children, which is supported by 4 Catholic educational institutions and groups of volunteers.
